To Know God

If we want a strong relationship with God, we must first understand who He is. That’s why, this week, we will look carefully at what the Bible says about God. “People do not know who God is. People don’t understand His love. Worse, because they don’t understand God or His love, they think the worst about Him. God gave us a message to share with other people. This message will teach them the Bible truth about God. This message is powerful and can save people. So, we must help them to understand God’s love, mercy, beauty, and truth. . . . We can’t fully explain God’s love. But we can tell people what the Bible says about Him. We can’t know everything there is to know about God and His wonderful love. But as we learn more about Him, we can pray to understand and love Him more. When we pray for these things, we will want to grow close to Him in our hearts. When we are close to God in our hearts, we can show His love to other people.
